## How does Buba work?

Buba turns self-care into small daily actions. Check in with how you feel, follow a self-discovery path, try a short practice, and reflect on your day. Your buddy grows as you make time for yourself.

Gentle quests and habits help you build routines. Completing activities earns XP and seeds, which you can use for outfits and backgrounds. You can give Buba a corner of its own and visit friends’ villages.

## What self-care tools are in Buba?

Buba includes mood check-ins, guided reflections and journaling, habit tracking, breathing exercises, grounding practices, and calming nature soundscapes. The library includes 100+ tools and practices; access depends on the free or Premium plan.

Questions and reflections help shape your daily path. Buba supports scripted experiences and optional AI features. You can manage AI features in the app’s settings.

## Is Buba free?

Buba is free to download and includes a core set of self-care features. Buba Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks more practices and tools. Other in-app purchases are available. Check the App Store or Google Play for current prices in your region.
