Delete your Buba account

You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app in three taps.

  1. Open the Tools screenTap the last tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Open SettingsTap the Settings button at the top of the Tools screen.
  3. Tap "Delete Account"Scroll down, tap Delete Account, then confirm.

This cannot be undone. Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your profile and account information
  • All journal entries and check-in history
  • Your progress, streaks and exercise history
  • Buba's outfits, backgrounds and unlocked items

If you can't sign in or the option isn't showing, email support@meetbuba.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
